We are Seventh Day Baptists, evangelical baptists who hold to keeping the seventh day Sabbath of the Bible as sacred time. From our first church in America, founded in Newport, Rhode Island, in 1671, until today, Seventh Day Baptists have been a Christ-centered, Bible believing people with traditional family values.

Our mission is to be fully devoted to Jesus by opening our arms to those in search of the truth. We show God’s love and concern for our fellow man at every opportunity. Through works of charity, including our weekly food pantry and our clothing giveaways, and spreading the gospel, we feel that we are walking in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.
